Michigan Overdose Data to Action Dashboard MODA LINK
MODA brings surveillance and prevention efforts together to decrease rates of drug misuse, substance use disorder, fatal and nonfatal overdoeses, and drug use-related health risks. MODA is working to stregthen the capacity of communities to prevent drug overdoses to promote the exchange of data to support effective prevention programs in communies throughout Michigan.
MDHHS Substance Use Data Repository - The Michigan Substance Use Data Repository was created through a federal grant to the State Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) of the Office of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (OROSC) within the Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities Administration to provide data for local prevention agencies and coalitions to assist in their programming decisions. This data respository pulls information from multiple data sources regarding the use and impact of many different substances, such as, Prescription Medications, Illicit Drugs, Marijuana, Alcohol and Tobacco. The data can be filtered by different age groups, counties, consequences.

The Michigan Profile for Healthy Youth (MiPHY) is an online student health survey offered by the Michigan Departments of Education and Health and Human Services to support local and regional needs assessment. The MiPHY provides student results on health risk behaviors including substance use, violence, physical activity, nutrition, sexual behavior, and emotional health in grades 7, 9, and 11. The survey also measures risk and protective factors most predictive of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use and violence. MiPHY results, along with other school-reported data, will help schools make data-driven decisions to improve prevention and health promotion programming.
